Campus Safety
SAIC's Campus Security department is dedicated to protecting the learning environment of each student and responding quickly and responsibly to any situation that may jeopardize their well-being. CRIT
Computer Resources and Information Technologies (CRIT) provides technology and training resources to the SAIC community and ensures that students, faculty, and staff have ready access to technology relevant to their fields of study, art practice, and professional duties. Deans on Call
The Deans on Call are a group of staff members who are available 24 hours per day, 365 days of the year for consultation and assistance on urgent matters. You might work with a Dean on Call if you're a student with a significant personal issue or if you're a faculty or staff member looking for consultation on an urgent student concern. Contact Campus Security at 312.899.1230 and ask to speak to a Dean on Call.

Disability & Learning Resource Center
The mission of the Disability and Learning Resource Center (DLRC) is to support a universally accessible educational community that fosters full participation and contribution of every member. The DLRC carries out its mission by delivering innovative and high-quality services to SAIC students with disabilities and by facilitating and advocating for reasonable accommodations so that students have equal access to all programs, activities, and services of the institution.

Instructional Resources and Facilities Management

Flaxman Library & Special Collections
The mission of the John M. Flaxman Library is to advance student learning and enrich the research environment of SAIC. We enact our mission by participating in and preserving the teaching, learning, and research of the SAIC community.

Material Source
Material Source is your partner in obtaining supplies for the making possibilities available at SAIC. Our stores provide convenient access to curriculum-driven and hard-to-source art materials across campus.

Media Centers
The Media Centers check out equipment to students to use in the creation of their artwork. Many varieties of media equipment, such as cameras, lenses, microphones and projectors, are available to our community for checkout.
